Satellite/Small Meeting Request Form
The SOBP Annual Meeting will be
Wednesday, April 26 – Saturday, April 29, 2023 in San Diego, California.
To request space for a satellite or small meeting, please complete the below information. All requests will be reviewed by the SOBP Executive Office. Approved events may be listed in the SOBP program, if desired. Satellite scientific meetings are not permitted unless approved by the SOBP Executive Office.
Any meetings must occur at the following times*:
*Wednesday, April 26:
8:30 am – 8:30 pm
*Thursday, April 27:
7:00 am – 8:00 am
11:30 am – 12:30 pm
7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
*Friday, April 28:
7:00 am – 9:00 am
11:30 am – 12:30 pm
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
*Saturday, April 29:
7:00 am – 8:00 am
11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Groups are not allowed to host events except during these available time slots. Please adhere to these time frames so as to not distract participants from the SOBP scientific program.
