Event Request Form
The ACNP 65th Annual Meeting will be
Sunday, January 10 – Wednesday, January 13
(with some pre-conference events scheduled on Saturday, January 9th)
To obtain approval and request space for a small meeting, please complete the below information. All requests will be reviewed by the ACNP Executive Office. Meetings may include: advisory boards*, meetings of investigator groups, or organization board meetings that have restricted and defined attendance. Approved satellite events can be listed in the ACNP program, if desired. Satellite scientific meetings are not permitted unless approved by ACNP Council. Any meetings must occur at the following times** or prior to the start of the meeting:
*Please note ACNP will only consider industry advisory board meetings for ACNP Supporting Corporations.

Saturday, January 9th- limited availability-please submit your requested time in the form below for review
Sunday, January 10th, prior to 8:00 a.m. or after 7:15 p.m.
Monday, January 11th, prior to 9:00 a.m., from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or after 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, January 12th, prior to 9:00 a.m., from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or after 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, January 13th, prior to 9:00 a.m., from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., or after 7:00 p.m.
It is the policy of ACNP to not allow small meetings to happen during scientific sessions. Groups are not allowed to host events except during the above available time slots. Your adherence to these time frames as to not distract participants from the ACNP scientific program is appreciated.
Once approved, the ACNP Meeting Planner will assign available space and assist with placing any necessary catering or audio visual orders. The organizing group will be responsible for any incurred charges for orders placed for things like internet, food and beverage, and audio visual.
