2024 Meeting Request Form

The 2024 Congress of the Schizophrenia International Research Society
3-7 April 2024 at the Firenze Fiera in Florence, Italy

To request space for a small meeting, please complete the below information. All requests will be reviewed by the SIRS Executive Office. Meetings may include meetings of investigator groups or organization board meetings that have restricted and defined attendance. Approved satellite events can be listed in the SIRS program, if desired. Any meetings must occur at the following times* or prior to the start of non-conflict hours:

*Wednesday, 3 April: Prior to 1:45 PM
*Thursday, 4 April: Prior to 8:30 AM or after 6:30 PM
*Friday, 5 April^: Prior to 8:30 AM or after 7:00 PM
*Saturday, 6 April: Prior to 8:30 AM or after 7:15 PM
*Sunday, 7 April^: Prior to 8:30 AM or after 12:00 PM

Groups are permitted to host events only during the available time slots. Your adherence to these time frames so as to not distract participants from the SIRS scientific program is appreciated.

If approved, SIRS will allocate available meeting space. Please note the Firenze Fiera operating hours are 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Meetings held outside of these hours are subject to additional fees from the venue. The group requesting space would be responsible for the additional fees to keep the venue open past their standard hours.

Any audiovisual or catering needs would be the responsibility of the group requesting the space. The SIRS Meetings Manager will confirm costs for these services.

Catering & AV Requirements & Costs

Please indicate if you will need audio visual or catering for your event. The SIRS Meeting Manager will provide costs. The requesting group is responsible for all Catering and AV charges.
