ARO Small Meeting Request Form

Thank you for considering hosting a small meeting at the ARO MidWinter Meeting. Please complete the form below to allow us to secure additional information. After submission, the ARO Executive Office will contact you to initiate a Letter of Agreement and discuss payment options (if applicable). Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis. 

By completing the form below, please note that there may be a cost associated with renting a room for a small meeting at ARO.


    • Free up to 3 hours
    • $250 for a meeting that is over 3 hours

For profits:

    • $250 for a meeting that is under 3 hours
    • $500 for a meeting that is over 3 hours

  • Please indicate if you will need audio visual or catering for your event. The ARO Meeting Manager will provide costs. The requesting group is responsible for all Catering and AV charges.

  • Thank you for your interest in holding a meeting during the ARO MidWinter Meeting. Please hit SUBMIT below. Once submitted, your request will be sent to the ARO Meetings Manager for review. You will be contacted within 72 hours from receipt of your request.
