Thank you for considering hosting a meeting and/or a reception at the 2023 MNRS Annual Research Conference. Please complete the form below to allow us to secure additional information. After submission, the MNRS Executive Office will contact you to initiate a Letter of Agreement and discuss next steps (if applicable).

Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis. MNRS has the final decision on events being held during the meeting dates/times.
