Transportation Shuttle Request Form
The ACNP 62nd Annual Meeting will be
Sunday, December 3 through Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
ACNP’s goal is to provide a safe meeting experience for all attendees. The College understands that current Florida laws do not support our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and women’s health. If you do not feel comfortable taking a ride share or taxi from the airport to the hotel and back, the College will arrange transportation for you. The College will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your travel needs; however, you might have to ride share with other ACNP Annual Meeting attendee(s) and potentially wait on your shuttle time. The deadline to submit your request is Monday, November 20, 2023 by 5:00pm Eastern.
*Please note ACNP will only provide transportation to and from the Tampa International Airport and the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street and the Tampa Marriott Water Street Friday, December 1, 2023 through Thursday, December 7, 2023.

Once scheduled, the ACNP Meeting Planner will email you with your assigned shuttle times and any additional information. You will be responsible for being in the correct location at the correct time to catch the shuttle.
