Consortia and Committee Meeting Request Form
The 2022 WCPG will be September 13-17, 2022 in Florence, Italy
To request space for a consortium or other small meeting, please complete the below information. All requests will be reviewed by the ISPG Executive Office. Approved events may be listed in the 2022 WCPG program if desired. Consortia and Committee meetings are not permitted during WCPG scientific sessions and must be approved and scheduled with ISPG Executive Office.
Audio Visual and Food & Beverage expenses will be the responsibility of the Consortia meeting.

| Thursday, September 15, 2022 | 12:15 pm – 1:45 pm |
| Friday, September 16, 2022 | 8:00 am – 9:00 am |
| Friday, September 16, 2022 | 12:15 pm – 1:45 pm |
| Friday, September 16, 2022 | 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm |
| Saturday, September 17, 2022 | 8:00 am – 9:00 am |
