Satellite/Small Meeting Request Form

The CPDD Annual Scientific Meeting will be
Saturday, June 17, 2023 – Wednesday, June 21, 2023

To request space for a satellite or small meeting, please complete the below information.  All requests will be reviewed by the CPDD Executive Office.  Approved events may be listed in the CPDD program, if desired.  Satellite scientific meetings are not permitted unless approved by the CPDD Executive Office.

The following time frames have been identified for satellite or small meetings:

Friday, June 16, 2023:
All day

Saturday, June 17, 2023:
All day

Sunday, June 18, 2023:
Before 8:00 AM
After 7:00 PM

Monday, June 19, 2023:
Before 8:00 AM
After 7:00 PM

Tuesday, June 20, 2023:
Before 8:00 AM
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Wednesday, June 21, 2023:
Before 8:00 AM
After 5:30 PM

CPDD policy does not allow for small meetings to conflict with scientific sessions. Meetings requested outside the available time frames above will not be approved. Please adhere to these time frames so as to not distract participants from the CPDD scientific program.
