2024 Meeting\u00a0 Request Form To request space for a small meeting, please complete the below information.\u00a0 All requests will be reviewed by the SIRS Executive Office.\u00a0 Meetings may include meetings of investigator groups or organization board meetings that have restricted and defined attendance. Approved satellite events can be listed in the SIRS program, if desired.\u00a0 Any meetings must occur at the following times* <\/strong>or prior to the start of non-conflict hours<\/strong>:<\/p>\n *Wednesday, 3 April: Prior to 1:45 PM\u00a0 Groups are permitted to host events only during the available time slots. <\/strong>Your adherence to these time frames so as to not distract participants from the SIRS scientific program is appreciated.<\/p>\n If approved, SIRS will allocate available meeting space.\u00a0 Please note the Firenze Fiera operating hours are 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.\u00a0 Meetings held outside of these hours are subject to additional fees from the venue.\u00a0 The group requesting space would be responsible for the additional fees to keep the venue open past their standard hours.<\/p>\n Any audiovisual or catering needs would be the responsibility of the group requesting the space.\u00a0 The SIRS Meetings Manager will confirm costs for these services.<\/p>\n \u00a0If you have any additional questions, please email the Executive Office at <\/span>info@schizophreniaresearchsociety.org<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
