Event Request Form To obtain approval and request space for a small meeting, please complete the below information.\u00a0 All requests will be reviewed by the ACNP Executive Office.\u00a0 Meetings may include: advisory boards*, meetings of investigator groups, or organization board meetings that have restricted and defined attendance. Approved satellite events can be listed in the ACNP program, if desired.\u00a0 Satellite scientific meetings are not permitted unless approved by ACNP Council.\u00a0 Any meetings must occur at the following times**\u00a0<\/strong>or prior to the start of the meeting<\/strong>:<\/p>\n *Please note ACNP will only consider industry<\/em> advisory board meetings for ACNP Supporting Corporations.<\/p>\n **Available Times:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Sunday, January 11th- limited availability-please submit your requested time in the form below for review <\/strong><\/p>\n It is the policy of ACNP to not allow small meetings to happen during scientific sessions.\u00a0 Groups are not allowed to host events except during the above available time slots. <\/strong>Your adherence to these time frames as to not distract participants from the ACNP scientific program is appreciated. Once approved, the ACNP Meeting Planner will assign available space and assist with placing any necessary catering or audio visual orders.\u00a0 The organizing group will be responsible for any incurred charges for orders placed for things like internet, food and beverage, and audio visual.<\/p>\n If you have any additional questions, please email the Executive Office at acnp@acnp.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n
